"Good location but dirty hotel from hallways carpet to elevator carpet and rooms. It's priced like a 4 Star, but the quality is no more the one or two stars. Poorly managed property. Spoken to manager about filthy carpet, and she said it was deep clean week ago. I took her around to show her and she said yes this needs cleaning. Is the Guest paid to do inspector job snd to let the management know what they need to do? I wouldn't recommend anyone staying at this property. I stayed in Sonesta in LA, and that was a 4 star with 300+ rooms property."
"I was only there for one night, the rooms were pretty gross. I literally skipped showering because of the mold. I was there for business and the location was convenient. I would never go back and do not recommend."
"I was happy with my stay till i found a live roach crawling on our wall in the morning. The beds are not that comfy and walls are paper thin. The pool wasn't working. Im glad we only stayed one night. The front desk was very nice."
"Not a good place if you're traveling with dogs. Very little space to walk them, next to a truck terminal or something with a lot of truck noise. We paid extra for a "balcony" overlooking the pool area, which was a joke. It was so narrow you had to turn the chairs sidewise to sit out there. Be aware, too, that you have to pay for breakfast. They don't advertise that breakfast is included so it was my fault that I missed that, but be aware of it."
"I stay here almost every weekend and I love it. The rooms are always clean and smell good. Sergio at the front desk is very helpful and kind."
