"2500 too expensive. Gate never works. Rent to anyone no background checks. Nothing works,the siahwasher,garbage disposal. I would not live there. Dec raising the rent"
"The community has been in TOTAL decline since Avalon became the owner. Swimming pool has not been working for 2 weeks, water turned green. They removed the BBQ today and it had been broken for a year. They increase your Rent from $2500 to $2775 when renewing your lease and force you to move to get a better price. They then steal your money in management fees, moving and repairing your old unit. All the first residents leave or play musical chairs by changing apartments"
"I visited Altis recently only to find out that my old Resident Manager is now the Manager at this beautiful Community. Taneisha is hands down one of the most beautiful persons I have met and done business with. I am definitely moving to Altis as soon as I can get out of my lease. The community is so beautiful, the amenities are one of a kind. My daughter will love it there. I can’t wait."
"This apartment complex is amazing in so many ways… the area, the quality but most importantly the Manager Taneisha she is awesome. She was one of the reasons my father decided to move there. Her kindness, patience and professionalism were amazing!! I give her 10 stars because she was just that great. If you’re looking for the perfect apartment that provides excellence and great living. This is definitely the place. The new manager is the best!!"
"I moved into Altis Miramar 5 days ago and I am beyond impressed! The manager Taneisha goes above and beyond to make sure that my new home is perfect for my family. The maintenance staff is extremely kind and courteous, and are at my door super quickly when I have a question or issue. Even though there was a delay moving in, it was definitely worth the wait! Thank you Taneisha and the entire Altis Miramar family for making our transition effortless!"
