"I went inside saw an old guy with a dog, I asked him if this is the office and he was like maybe and I said if this is the office I’m looking for a apartment for rent he then told me well there’s no apartment for rent here these are all privately owned , upon leaving I saw a sign outside saying currently leasing…what’s the story to this ??"
"The community is quiet, well kept, and is pet friendly. The parking is TERRIBLE. They do not regulate it all. I’ve been here for 2 years and it keeps getting worse. I keep finding myself and others being forced to walk long distances to get to my unit because new vehicles come and park in the nearby spaces. Vehicles that u don’t see everyday that u know are visitors that may be spending the night or whatever the case may be. But it’s gotten so bad that I’ve seen tenants resorting to parking in front of other peoples garages with or without consent out of necessity. Decals should be made. Security guards should be hired to call the contracted tow company but of course, that costs money. So get to walkin’ ! I’m saving to move out cause of this. It’s gotten that bad."
"I’ve been renting here for about 6 months now. They maintain the grounds well things always seem to be in working order. Very helpful office staff. Quite and peaceful but walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants"
"Spa at Sunset Isles is truly an amazing place to live! The community is well cared for, the office staff and maintenance crew are very responsive and helpful, the homes are solid, and it is a safe and central location to many areas. I highly recommend this community! :)"
