"The condo association and residents make complaining about everything from parking your car perfectly between the lines in the garage to sipping water out of a plastic cup at the pool or the color of your patio furniture reasons to report you to management. Management makes up pretend rules to fine and send violation letters. Then they will make up lies about you and tell them to other residents & your guests! This building is a joke! In no way as nice as Cityplace South Tower or Esplanade. Make your life better, buy or rent ANYWHERE else! The only good thing about the building is Anderson the front desk concierge! He is a good man and a wonderful human being."
