"If you are looking for an apartment, stay away from this property, the old property management was very good and helped residents. The new property management HH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST!!!! THEY HAD THE NERVE TO STILL WANT ME TO PAY EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE PLANNING TO EVICTING ME!!! I HAD TO MOVE OUT IN 48 HOURS WITHOUT ANY PROPER PAPERWORK.. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO ANYONE,WHEN YOU LOOK UP THE ADDRESS(WHICH IS LOCATED IN MIAMI) ALL IT GIVES IS LOCATION!!! IF ZERO STARS WERE SUCH A RATING, THATS WHAT I WOULD GIVE THEM!!!!!"

"If your are debating to live here DONT… I REPEAT DONT. My lease is 1 year and I can not be happier to leave this neighborhood. This place has so many things wrong with it I can’t even begin to explain. This neighborhood is filthy I’ve had many issues from the neighborhood shutting the water every single week….. do u understand how frustrating it is to come from work and can’t shower. I’ve dealt with problems with parking my car multiple times this neighborhood has the worst possible parking system I’ve ever seen in my life. Your car will get towed with no problem even if you live here and pay your bills. Washer and dryer they have for the facility absolutely suck they don’t work. The apartment are absolutely disgusting the windows in these apartments are thinner then paper and you can hear every noise from outside. And to top it off the service here is just nothing but disgusting and garbage they don’t answer and when they do they tell you to stop calling. I CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS NEIGHBORHOOD. This facility has lots of improving to do because this is just god awful."

"Good luck on having parking in your designated spot. Multiple emails sent and nothing has been done. Asked for a reply when they fixed the problem and nothing. I’d post photos but there’s too many. Hopefully they will get it together. Property manager through HG PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is amazing, they own our unit, but sadly they aren’t the association. Which is completely separate. If you’re looking for quality, look for an HG property but not here. You won’t have parking, and there are safety hazards to even get into your unit."

"Beautiful potential. Repair the lake instead of allowing it to continually deteriorate. Flowers. Seek government funding to assist due to hazards. The walls surrounding the lake are falling apart. There are plenty alligators in that lake."
