"I would give this neighborhood zero star if they would let me. I lived here for 7 years and they always renewed my lease without saying anything I just got the renew. Well this year my lease was up on July 1st and on July 3rd I got served with eviction papers to get out within 3 days they were not renewing my lease. The landlord is so nasty. She is always screaming at someone and threatening to evict people for petty reasons. They don't fix anything. It took 3 months to get my air condition. They have not fixed any of my repairs I have asked for and its been over 9 months. Once including a door knob for my son's bedroom that just rusted off. The pool is always filthy dirty. Uncontrollable roaches that no matter what you do you cannot get rid of them. Then there is the constant pinata parties every night. Where there is blasting spanish music throughout the neighborhood. And they do not do background checks so there is all sorts of rift raft they let in. The manager Ildalma also told me that they do not rent to black people. That they raise the price when they come and look at the place or tell them they ran out of apartments but they were told by the owner to never rent to black people. I only stayed so long because it wasn't always like this. It used to be a good place to rent before the old owner died and the new owners in New York took over. It went downhill and fast. The only good thing is the rent amount is cheap. But I would never recommend this place to live. Especially if you have children."
