"I can’t speak to what Sole was when it was Broadstone with its original management team but I can tell you that all the old reviews prior to 2020 are not applicable to the current state of Sole. Sole is truly an absolute delight to live in. Toni, Jeanette, and all the other staff are super sweet and a pleasure to work with. The amenities are first class and everything is kept impeccably clean and well-maintained, and maintenance is very quick and expedient to fix things in the unit. Maintenance in this building are honestly superheroes and they go above and beyond to ensure everything is in perfect working order, even so far as getting us a new washer & dryer when our in-unit machines broke down. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about my time here. Only thing that could get me to leave is the price as you’re definitely paying steep downtown prices to live here, but you certainly get what you pay for if you can afford it."

"We only moved into our apartment here five days ago but it is quick to see how friendly and welcoming the staff has been to us! The leasing office has made us feel at home, especially Jung. She was the one that we toured the building with and she did an excellent job at selling the idea to us of living here. I have had many questions about the building and the move-in process since then, and she has been more than happy to answer my questions very quickly. We are less than a week in but we're very excited about the rest of our lease term living here!"

"I'm going into my 2nd year at Sole. I have an inside corner 1 bedroom with a den. I cannot even begin to describe the solace I have found being here. Sitting on my balcony with my cat overlooking the beautifully lit pool area, or sipping Cafe con leche in the mornings there make up for every single long hospital shift. I used to stay in free rooms at hardrock when I had time off because my old place had no outdoor space, now I hate leaving my home. I love being able to walk or circuit or ebike whereever. I got rid of my car. I even took a miami travel job for 13 weeks and just walked across the street and rode the brightline. Theres a complete gym with scented cooled towels, complimentary coffee or teas, a giant public gourmet kitchen, living and dining room, movie theater, pet spa ( my cat sadly declined and im dying to use it), a sun lounge, bbq area, cabanas... plus they are always hosting events. Im not a social person but everyone is very friendly and also respect privacy. I love the staff. I guess my only regret would be no jacuzzi, and pool closing after dark, i prefer to swim at night. Plus they just promoted a female ceo which is super cool. Hands down resort living."
