"I practically lived in these apartments for years and these apartments are the worst you could ever live in they have discriminated my sexuality of me being gay even though the manager is no longer there they're very in responsible they don't have things organized they prefer to raise rent charge left and right and kick you out of an apartment without trying to find ways to help you they don't believe in anybody that lives in those apartments they rather kick you out on the street and keep you homeless on top of the stop being so disrespectful and rude I will be taking them to court because of the discrimination that had against me previous I would never recommend these apartments to nobody never I will report them to the better Business better. I highly recommend nobody to move in these apartments. Security is rude and disrespectful and discriminate against the LGBT community"

"Haven’t been here too long, but I love it. First of all, all the girls in the office, including the manager, are very sweet and beyond helpful; from before I applied to after I moved in. My only complaint is the maintenance guy who decided I didn’t need light switches he was supposed to fix, but the office called me an electrician. It’s quiet and safe, which is all i ask for. I’m on the side closest to forest hill, so you can hear drivers with obnoxious cars, but it quiets down. It doesn’t go on all night. And despite what someone else said, there most certainly is speed bumps and security (at night, which is what’s advertised). The security guy does his job well, I’ve spoken to him several times. And they take good care of the property. Would recommend it."

"I am currently in my third year of living at Casa Del Mar. It has been one of my best living experiences. The neighborhood is clean, the pool and the playgrounds are in good condition. I love that there are always children playing outside because it truly speaks to how safe it is to live here. Fina and Betsy are god sent. They are super helpful and friendly. I had such a difficult time during the pandemic and they were so understanding. Any issue that I have ran into the maintenance team was there promptly. I could not recommend this place enough."

"My family and I have been here 3 years and we love it! Betsy and Fina in the office are super friendly and communicative. Any issues I’ve ever had are addressed and taken care of right away. My children can play freely outside with the other neighborhood kids and we feel super safe. We’ve made great friends here and plan to stay as long as we can!"
