"This place is charging much to high for renters. Without any upgrades or real maintenance having been done. Maintenance stays on the property late drinking and being loud. The new management is hard to communicate with and they rarely respond or answer your questions. The apartments are supposed to be income restricted but they definitely are not any longer with this new management."
"Lived there for 13 yrs, the last 6 yrs termites been getting lot worst and bug people don't deal with the issues. Maintenance guys are horrible on fixing things and don't speak English. Since I moved out haven't got any money back... Jus cut my Lost and will not have friends move there."
"Misleading rental price advertisement. Even then Rental manager, flat out tells you, unit may not be ready for weeks, due to maintenance shortage, in getting a unit ready for a move in date. Why advertise,to rent.!!!?"
"I am a current tenant and I am disturb with the unprofessional in the office dealing with Nikki. She never answers the office phone but she is quick to complain about everything. She works her second job out of the office My apartment has termites and roaches. I've never had roaches in my life. I own a home but due to my divorce I had to down size for the time being. I have my niece at my house checking up on my place all the time because I work out of town a lot and hardly ever home. My niece has had so many problems since she moved in the apartment. The toilet leaks through the bottom. Its terrible! The light pole outside the apartment has been loose since we moved in and since its front of the apartment she said she will charge me for the damage. The pole is not even dug in the dirt its only sitting on a concrete clock to hold it up but it shakes and moves when it storms and rains with wind. But she wants to charge me for it!!! I am ready to call the news!! If any one like to add to things contact me a.s.a.p because I am getting the news involved!"
"Live here almost one year. The apartments are small with cheap renovation. The maintenance is pretty fast if the problem is small. But when you need to change something (e.g. A/C), it can last really long. All apartments has small patio and they have laundry on site. The place is quite, despite the airport isn't far, and all my neighbors are good and pleasant people. Also next to my apartment is a small grove and sometimes there are different animals."
