"Horrible community! Maintenance issues take weeks to be resolved if you’re lucky. Office staff never answer the phones, everyone in this office is rude and obnoxious. I work in property management myself and I have never disregarded any of my residents maintenance issues. I understand being short staffed, but poor communication makes it 10x worse. I am so disgusted by this community."

"Bad customer service. They never answer your call. When you show up at the office they all sitting in there and never open the door. They are always closed. They always saying their system is not working. Every month when you go pay rent they find a way to charge you more but saying their system is not working and acusing you of owing money. And always threating you they will put you out."

"Nothing ever gets fixed on time or they completely ignore you whenever you call if you go to the office and try to complain they threaten you with eviction for speaking up and there’s is no supervisor number or emergency number to contact. The only number they have is the office number and they will try to get you kicked out just for calling and complaining about them too."

"It’s been two months since the AC is broken with temperature reaching 90+ degree it is unbearable to stay inside your own apartment. Have multiple work orders in place, went to the office in person but nothing has been done yet nor was I given an ETA when this issue would be resolved mold and mildew is taking over everything Walls, Couch, Mattress which is creating major health hazard."

"Our AC has been pretty much broken for almost 4 months now. It pours water down the hallway. Our hallway reeks of mold. We’ve sent multiple work orders and have been been up to the office a handful of times. It is literally the middle of summer with 100° weather and my apartment sits at 80 freaking degrees all day and the AC unit screams and we have to turn it off half the day. PLEASE COME FIX THIS???? HOW IS THIS LEGAL WE ARE SUFFERING IN THIS HEAT????"
