"I am in the process of finding a new place as my lease expires and as we all know this process is not an easy one. I toured pine ridge and fell inlove with their affordable luxury appeal brand new apartments and not to mention the staff Evelyn has been extremely helpful, kind, supportive, friendly and professional through out our entire application process and I know she is extremely busy as this place has plenty of prospects. I have had terrible customer service from other property managers and even if we do not get the opportunity to live here I do not have anything negative to say about this place! The exterior is simply to die for, creating an enchanting atmosphere that left a lasting impression. Although I didn't meet the income requirements this time, I am determined to return once I do. Evelyn, the representative I interacted with, was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Despite not being eligible this time, she went above and beyond to provide helpful recommendations for sister apartments that might better suit my needs.
