"You guys truly love removing my comments but I’ll continue reposting on here. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The management is terrible. They raise the rent although things are constantly broken and they never get it fixed. My family has lived in these mold filled apartments because the management doesn’t deem it as something that’s their problem. My family is constantly getting sick and can’t breath properly because of the mold. You guys will definitely be getting the city health department called on you one day for the lack of care you have for tenants. I’ll be attaching a photo to show proof of the black mold in these apartments. There is hardly ever parking, the AC doesn’t work and also has a damp moldy smell. The paint is coming off the walls. PLEASE do yourself a favor and don’t move here. You’ll be paying over $2000 for a unit that’s worth garbage and located in the absolute ghetto. Do not reply to this comment Serrano with a fake sympathy and asking what you can do. Absolute trash of management."

"This place has the worst management I’ve ever seen. Poor attitudes never fix any issues or follow through with thing’s fairly. The property manager has a bad attitude, the apartment is falling apart and the management company does absolutely nothing to ensure the tenants are happy they just keep raising the rent. I definitely hate it here."

"We have not had a A/c in 5 months we had to go buy 3 portable ones just to try and stay cool. We have water running out of our guest bathroom ceiling for 2 months ever time someone takes a shower in the unit above us we have reported to the office at least 6 times put in service request even called corporate. Still has not been fix now we have tiles falling of the wall mold starting to grow all because of it.The sell you on its a gated community gates have been broken for 3 yrs. They have the one set of gates locked shut .they try and charge you late fees even when you pay within the grace period. I lived here 5 yrs god willing my last yr when I moved in here it was a 4.5 start since Cambridge Management has taken over it’s became a one star"
