The Landings at West Palm

"I’ve stayed in this apartment complex for about 2 years now and it is okay. When I have a problem I take it to the office and maintenance comes to fix it in maybe 2-3 days, which isn’t a problem for me. My problem with these apartments is that in the last few months, I feel like they’ve been letting anyone in these apartments. I know this complex is nothing close to luxury, but early on in my stay here, it was very peaceful. Occasionally you’ll have kids outside being loud and what-not but at the end of the day, there kids so that’s not a problem. Recently though, maybe 3-4 months ago I discovered I had new neighbors. The neighbors I had before were Caribbean people and they were nice but mostly stayed to themselves which I respected, I do the same. But these new neighbors.. it became ridiculous. Constant calling of police. Screams of I can only guess domestic violence at night which scares my 8 year old daughter. I’ve had 2 instances where I’ve had someone come bang on my door like they own the place! One time was when 2 ladies banged on my door at 3 in the morning which led to be cops being called. Her reasoning behind this was that she was looking for her daughter. And since my lights were on she thought she could be in my home.. ridiculous. This incident had my 8 year crying all night. Another one was this man which I’ve never seen before coming to knock very hard on my door while I was not home. My older daughters told me that he came knocked and left. I came back, had to go back out and here’s my daughters calling me again saying this mystery man has returned, banging on my door. I’ve went as far as buying a firearm for the safety of my family because the state of these apartments have greatly plummeted. My lease is ending soon and I will not renew. The quality of this place is going downhill while the price of things are only going up. Hopefully I can find some where else I can feel confident of leaving my daughters at home without any trouble. "This complex is amazing. Maintenance are helpful when anything is needed to be done they are on it . Supervisor and management are such nice people and always helpful and very knowledgeable . Apartments are very nice in a upcoming neighborhood. Definitely recommend to leasing here ."

"The apartment manager and maintenance man are constantly harassing me , I am being discriminated against. I’ve had to file reports against them for this issues. You can’t even sit on your porch without being watched ! I do not recommend working with this complex"
