Tim does a great job any time something is needed and does a professional job managing a top tier crew. Jackie has been great since day one. She was extremely efficient during the onboarding and is super knowledgeable with the process. Jackie is a solid staple in this community and is very much appreciated for being here. Romaine and Chris help ensure the property is well maintained and do not hesitate to help in any way they can. They both keep the area clean, put together, and watch out for any issues that may arise. The entire team does a great job with the day to day! The community itself is very quiet and the neighbors are respectful of each other. I would highly recommend Sovereignty at Winter Park to anyone."
