"I don’t live here but my girlfriend does, the place is nice looking but be careful, my expensive bike got stolen and the office is closed so I cant report it to them. No cameras that I can see, maybe I’m not seeing them but be careful leaving things outside. edit: Ignore their response, we already sent emails and reported the incident without any follow up. They have no cameras in parking lots at all so definitely don't keep anything nice out because they wont help you."

"My son lives in the apartment complex with a friend. The grounds are clean and well manicure and the apartments seem nice on the inside. Parking is a problem as it sparse and doesn't in some cases allow room for even a compact car to back out without having to re-adjust. It's as if the "aisles" are two to three feet too narrow."

"I've lived here about 2 years so here's my honest review of Azure. First of all, I want to preface this by saying that I don't want for much. I enjoy extra amenities and won't deny them if offered, but am just as content with the basic room, kitchen, and bathroom set up. So if you're looking for luxury anything..... then keep looking. Secondly, in order to NOT go off on a tangent I'll break my experience down into 3 sections: Apartment Quality, Leasing Office , and Community. (1) Apartment Quality - To be straight up with you.....they're aight. In my 3 bedroom there are a couple things that need fixing like the toilet handle has to be held at an acute 93 degree angle to properly flush, the shower knob falls off sometimes, the kitchen sink handle completely fell off, the dishwasher doesn't work properly because the counter top keeps having wood to chip off in there, and the counters are chipped and scratched. Aside from that though, I haven't experienced anything that I'd define as a MAJOR issue. On the positive side, the A/C blows cool, there's a working Washer/Dryer in the apartment, and there's a balcony area to enjoy that nice FL humidity. (2) Leasing Office - When it came to moving into the apartment and reaching out to the leasing office with any questions, I never had any trouble and everyone was nice. What I don't like however is that they aren't open on Mondays and the turn around time for trouble tickets is a couple weeks. I put a ticket in for the broken knobs and handles I mentioned earlier and when they finally came and "fixed" it, it fell off again a couple days later. Oh, and also Azure DOES NOT cover your electricity, you have to set that up with Duke Energy which is something they didn't tell me. For the first couple of months I thought Azure bundled electricity and rent because they never asked for it separately, then come to find out the previous tenants never cancelled their electric payments so WE had to back pay those months. Fortunately, we had money saved, but that could've been a really bad situation if not. Also also, rent did increase on us about $250 w/o warning since being here. (3) Community - The neighborhood is relatively quiet here because most of the residence are either small families tired from work, college kids tired from school, or like me, and both. Although in the first couple months there was a super loud neighbor that eventually moved out.....or got evicted, idk tbh, but I sleep better so idc. I've gotten close to my other neighbors but scarcely see other people around. This is a good or bad thing depending on your personality type. But aside from that the area is relatively clean, the dumpster is like a 4m walk (it overflows sometimes), and the greenery is taken care of. Final Thoughts - This place was aight. Not the best, but not the worst. I wouldn't mind staying here again. 3.5 out of 5"
