"The entrance sign to our complex has been "tagged" for some months now. When can residents expect s new sign?"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! No one EVER answers the phone or responds to emails. The apartments are not as promised and there is absolutely no one to assist with issues. I have never in my life experienced this level of unprofessionalism when dealing with a manangement company."

"Where to begin....No one returns calls, no one returns emails, and no one staffs the office. Need to reach someone reference to an issue in your apartment...good luck! Need to reach someone reference to a bill.. good luck. We have been over billed and can't reach anyone to fix the problem. My daughter has been in school for two weeks and despite a hurricane still can't reach someone to give her keys to her apartment. For 8 weeks we tried to reach someone prior to heading there and no luck. Today I finally track down a human being who only answered the phone after multiple attempts and theyre in Louisiana. They told me the managers name is Courtney but dont have a phone number for her.....thats right no phone number for the manager and they are the company that does the accounting. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! AND DEFINITELY DONT PUT YOUR CHILDS SAFETY AT RISK!!!"

"Initially this was a really great complex, even without any real amenities. Not sure what happened towards the end of the lease but management completely stopped caring. Pest control stopped consistently coming, work orders were never answered, and for some reason management thought it would be a great idea to have one singular person working in the office 24/7 and when she was not available the office was simply closed. Cole, the manager, was never in office and consistently dodged answering emails and issues that were brought to his attention. I honestly felt bad for the young lady working, no one should have to be alone and lied to by the manager about when they’re coming in to assist. The WiFi went out for a week without any address, management sent out an error text message to the entire complex regarding an individuals eviction (not sure why that was in the form of a text anyway) just completely unprofessional. There was a huge gnat problem for a long time and pest control was not coming out to rectify the situation. I wouldn’t move here with the conditions as they are. Management truly just stopped caring and it shows very clearly in the quality of the apartment. The only reason why this has 2 stars is because the physique of the apartment itself is very nice. But don’t expect anything exceptional"

"Management is horrible. They switched the leasing office without sending any email to let residents know what’s going on. Maintenance unlocked the door and came into our apartment while we were sleeping because we didn’t hear them knock. The Wi-Fi goes out for days at a time and when I call the leasing office to talk to them about it they never answer the phone. They also aren’t in the office during the listed hours most of the time."
