"DO NOT LIVE HERE. This entire place is infested in roaches, and they refuse to do anything about it. I've talked to multiple people in different apartments and they all say the same thing. They've gotten pest control before, but all they do is tell us to buy some traps and put some roach paste which doesn't do much. This leads to TVs, game consoles, or any electronic breaking on their own within a couple months, food going bad extra fast, and an unsanitary living condition. That's only the beginning of it; they also refuse to do much about their amenities like the pool which has been closed for quite some time. They also have a horrible time managing their billing and have been shown several times to charge me and others way more than what we were supposed to pay, with no willingness to refund us. I was paying an extra $100 a month cause they thought I had dogs; I do not have any dogs. That's not to mention 1/2 of the time they don't even know what you should be paying, so if you pay less than you'll have to pay that difference plus a $100 per month late fee."

"As of September 28th 2023 acasa Ocala and it's management, specifically Mrs. Latoya has been such a excellent leasing agent and manager over the apartment complex community. She has a wonderful heartfelt, professional personality. Very prompt when taking care of all and any business whether there's conflict in the business or nothing at all. She leads her staff always in the same professional way as well and they have made my 4th year here wonderful."

"Now that I am officially moved out…. Management… is a mess. I believe her name was Wendy, anyways, she’s an extremely rude lady and I never felt comfortable having conversations with her! Maintenance lost all inquiries for months at a time and never showed. They can never keep their employees which makes it difficult. I found mold in my apartment in building 32 and a professional never came out, all Wendy told me to do was pack up and move to a different unit.. I ended up just breaking the lease and leaving. I had a 1/1 and my light bill was never below $150 which is ridiculous to me. And that’s ONLY paying for electricity. Crime rate is insane, I would never suggest a family with kids move here. Shootings, accidents, blaring music throughout the night. It’s just not worth it. Hopefully better management with a better attitude will be established."

"If i could give 0 stars i would. i only signed a 6 month lease but i definitely agree with all of the poor reviews on this place. Definitely why i chose not to renew my lease. First off , they moved me into an apartment on the 1st floor which literally flooded.i was there maybe 1 week. my room wasn’t the only one impacted. all the water from the rain (wasn’t even raining hard) flooded through the flooring. The guy that brought fans for the carpet even told me there’s no way the complex would pay for the flooring to be fixed and would likely continue to just move people in to the affected apartments bc of how expensive it would be to fix. another roommate of mine literally had sewage come up through her bath tub, flooding her bathroom. upon going to the office (bc it’s not like they answer phone calls, emails or voicemails. i tried.) they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. also took their sweet time moving me into another unit and charged me extra to move units. btw if you do go to the office you might have to go multiple days in a row. they love to close early w/ no explanation often. i didn’t have roaches inside my unit , but they are definitely outside everywhere. you can’t even walk outside or up the stairs without seeing them. and they are everywhere right where your washer & dryer are. can’t even do laundry at night. also might as well just say they don’t have wifi cause 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t work. there’s car accidents in front of the buildings regularly , all the residents blast their music at all hours of the day/night, doesn’t matter what day or what time. they’ll mark off maintenance requests as taken care of , when nobody even came to the apartment. they cut the water off all the time, ppl outside cutting grass every morning but the grass always looks the same?lol but seriously ?multiple neighbors have told me they didn’t even have hot water while living in this complex . not to mention this complex doesn’t care about its tenants at all. wouldn’t even bother to help me out with a rental verification form. i figured atleast the manager might be somewhat understanding if the employees were this careless. i was wrong. the list of reasons to not live here goes on and on. yes im telling you , if there’s a better option for you to lease somewhere else don’t think twice about it and go with any other option but here."

"As a previous resident, it shows that they don't care about their residents. Every issue I've brought to the staff, I've always approached with kindness and gratitude. Now when I am needing their assistance with rental verification, they are no help. They use to have great representatives in the front office who were always on time and willing to help, but they are no longer there and you can tell with the way the office manages things. Hope they can turn things around because they have potential to be a good complex, but they can do better. And I hope they do."
