"I moved out 3 months ago and this so called company "Chasen Management" is illegally keeping my security deposit. Every time I contact them they say that the finance department is working on it but that is a lie. Stay away from this place. Since this company from Baltimore bought this building it has been a nightmare. I had several issues living there and they don't even have a manager or someone in town to take care of it. They will just collect your rent and disappear. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Very dangerous part of town as well and you will have zero backup"

"It was great till they sold the building to Capitol Reserve and renovations began. The ceiling began to leak from above. They claim they will turn it around into luxury apartments. Just more gentrification in the city. They don’t care that they are disturbing residents that reside here. They have filled the parking lots with storage units and more trash bins. Meanwhile I’m still being harassed by homeless and people trying to break into my unit. The list goes on. I called Chasen company (new management) to just fix the issue with the ceiling leak but they only sent me a message trying to relocate me and get me out of the unit so they can begin renovating the one I live in. It’s a shame that someone in the near future will pay 1000 or more for this dump it’s turned into. Good luck."

"I have lived here for almost 2 years and have happily call this place home. The set up of the apartments feels very communally based and the pool is constantly cleaned and refreshed. With a friendly and attentive staff, clean complex, ample parking, and affordable rent with electric and wifi included i have been well taken care of in my time spent here."
