"Great apartment, great location, but total con artists that will steal your deposit. The manager Danielle is impossible to deal with and really has no regard for tenants concerns. She spent an entire year avoiding my calls"

"Great location and clean rooms/hallways, but do not expect updated features like the other apartment complexes in the area have. There are 2 separate keys for your bedroom and apartment door and a separate fob just for gaining access to the building rather than just one fob. Parking is one of the most expensive in the area, and you are required to park on the 5th and 6th floors of a parking garage that is not connected to any Collegetown building. It is not a far walk, but it is completely inconvenient and not at all worth $75 a month, especially when considering places like Stadium Centre charge $50 a month for parking that is connected to the buildings. The gym machines are completely trashed and very limited, and there is no pool in any of the building complexes. Staff is extremely hard to get ahold of (you can occasionally find someone to answer the phone but I have never once had an email responded to) and you will likely only be able to speak to the college student workers that collect packages for the residents unless you physically go inside the main office. Hope the transparency helps, as all of this information (except for the part about the pool) was stuff I found out after moving in."

"I signed at College Town apartments last year for my first college apartment and have been more than pleased with the staff. The location is great as it is located in the heart of College Town. The staff has been nothing but wonderful but especially Danielle has been the most helpful. She is able to answer any questions that I had about the apartment complex. She is nicest and most understanding when helping students with their first apartments. I have been so happy at this complex that I have decided to live here next year again."

"Still no response on our deposit. They have had over $2000 total from our three students for nearly 4 months and the only response is ‘Pam is the only one reviewing these. She can’t talk to you. Be patient.’ Their claim that they needed over $2000 to repair the apartment is an absolute lie and just another income source in their business model. Attached are some photos of what they claim is unacceptable. How long do they give their renters if IE., the rent is due? BTW, don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. Renters are solicited and rewarded for reviews."

"My daughter has lived here for almost 2 years. We are resigning for one more year. Our experience has been so far amazing! This building is close to all and 5 minutes from FSU. I am at peace to know my daughter is safe at all times. Our unit is comfortable, spacious and with great appliances facing Madison Avenue with a great balcony. She always finds parking in the garage. I have never had any trouble with anything. The onsite management and crew is super responsive and addresses any issue immediately. The community amenities and apartment we have is worth every penny ! A must see and parents to consider for peace of mind !"
