"Living here has been amazing – the staff is cool, prices are very affordable, and my room (Bedroom C) is larger than most in Tallahassee, complete with its own kitchenette. Overall, it's a great place to live. The ladies in the front office, Erin and Tiffany are next-level. Not only do they know your name, but they also hustle to respond to emails faster than I've ever seen. It's that personal touch and quick communication that sets this place apart from the rest – top-notch service all the way."

"If you want peace, privacy, and happiness do NOT move here!!! The current staff and maintenance can create false narratives, be dishonest in explanations but will not fulfill work order requests.. resulting in multiple work orders put in for the same issues."
