"Hi everyone. I moved in 2021 to this complex thinking that a good and safe place to live. At the office back then was a girl name Amanda (super nice and professional), however Onces new staffs came in this year Everything changed. Lets start by saying that i had to leave before my lease was over because my 7 year old was getting an allergic reaction every time he would walk inside the apartment. After letting the office know that my room wall was with mold and water for almost a year. The pool another story. Always very nasty and full of teenagers at night smoking weeds. Gates always broke and open to the public. Never a security around, only saw a lady driving a golf card using her phone and laughing like if she was in a party. Loud place, a lot of fights, garbage full of the time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! AND THE MANAGER AND ASSOICIATION DOESNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!! THEY JUST CARE ABOUT YOU PAYING UR RENT!! DONT MOVE THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT !!"
"The service at Crystal Lakes is excellent. Laila and Carolina are great, helpful and knowledgeable professionals. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful paradise to live. Those ladies are so patient and explains everything in an extremely explicit manner. Thank you for all your help. may God continues blessing you."
