"Been here since 2002. Since Grace passed away, management of the park is in chaos. Dues were $57 a month in 2002. Last month the dues were raised another $50 per month. Dues are now $197 per month. The newly elected board is in conflict. I own the lot+ home and pay yearly property tax + $197 per momonth. Too expensive!"
"Amazing place to live. Great owners. The manager Grace is 100% always looking out to better the community and they focus on maing things safer. Cameras>Club House pool/ heated and clean. Very family friendly."
