"Fire alarms randomly go off very early in mornings and late at night. Several emails have been sent, along with voicemails, with zero response from Sophia Square. Neighbors do not know why this is happening or what is being done to fix it. It is extremely anxiety inducing to live here. You have no idea when the next blaring alarm is going to go off, or for how long. There are families with babies and pets that live here. And it’s so expensive, for what?"

"The community labels itself as “Luxury Living”. So sad to see a residential community with so much potential be victim of vandalism and robbery. First and foremost the access bar for resident hasn’t worked for about 6 months and there’s no type of security guard and cameras don’t work - so pretty much anyone can access the residence. Therefore all the residents have to pay for parking in a non-gated, unsecured and unsafe apartment complex at their own risk, makes so much sense. The inside of my father’s car was robbed last night and the security cameras haven’t worked since who knows when. On the other hand my neighbor’s truck got purposely scratched with a key on both right and left side and they told him the cameras weren’t working so there’s no chance of getting the video tape. God forbid the day a tragedy happens at Sophia Square, the management is not going to be able to show proof or recording because the cameras apparently don’t work. Therefore where does the sense of liability go? They only seem to prioritize and enforce simple rules rather than prioritizing things that actually matter like people violating parking rules all the time, vandalism, and general cleaning. As these alarming events keep happening, let’s hope some serious action gets taken by management if they want to call this apartment complex “Luxury Living”. Because what else has to occur for them to realize there’s a big security problem within the community."
