"DO NOT MOVE HERE! If I could leave zero stars I would. I moved into a BRAND NEW home, within the first two months there was a major leak in the roof, due to there lack of communication this took over 5 months to fix. At the time I moved in there were houses being built right next door, upon completion of the construction they double booked my parking space with a new owner which resulted in my car being illegally towed. It took almost 5 months to get reimbursed for illegally towing my car (My check supposedly got lost in the mail 3 TIMES) and to top it off I didn't even receive the full amount that I was charged! (Also missed a day of work due to this). The complex promotes having 24 hour security, but what they don't tell you is that the front gate is broken 90% of the time and when it's not broken the security guards just let anyone drive in through the gate, no questions asked. Really makes the neighborhood feel unsafe. The management is unorganized and lacks professionalism. Do yourself a favor and look at the Riviera by Lennar which is located right next door."

"Tiara gave me a wonderful tour of the property and the available units I wanted to see. My only concern was the office nor website offer layouts of the units. You have to go in to have a tour to see. But it is worth it, the property is beautiful"

"The maintenance person JP really tried to fix our issues in the house. Fix most of them on the first try. He is excellent… This home has a very big issue with small roaches in the kitchen area. The pest control doesn’t help. I do want to say we moved here in 2021 and finding this place was a blessing for us. Karim who helped us with everything was also a blessing. I’m happy to have met her. Grateful for our time here."
