Fair Oaks Apartments

"This place is full of mold!!! Do not rent from fair oaks!! It don’t matter how many times you report the mold, they come in and treat the mold with bleach and the mold returns in 2 to 3 weeks. This is a very unsafe apartment complex to live with in. I will be contacting the health department and get this building is infested with different types of mold. I encourage everyone who stays here to report them. This is not right and I’m sure the women in that office would not want to sleep with mold having to throw away personal items without being compensated. This makes me so angry even typing this. It’s going to take for someone to get sick before they take this issue serious."

"I went in to be able to get more information. I walk in - individual by the name of Margarita is on their phone, takes about 3 mins later where she acknowledges me. Didn’t seem interested in giving info. Stood up from her desk, passed me a brochure and said “all the information you need is in there”."

"I am the daughter/ guest of tenant residing at Fair Oaks. My experience has been terrible and so has my mothers. Staff is VERY unprofessional. Withholds and gives out false information. Management doesn’t communicate with one another. They are liars, and don’t care for the safety or well being of tenants. They have maintenance walk in units without 24 hour notice. Staff is unorganized. Very disappointed at how office is ran to be brand new units. There have been problems with missing mail from the mailbox, and opening of packages. While office has no explanation. I feel my moms unit has been targeted by management, while also being ethnically profiled. Corporate was even contacted with concerns of how community is being operated. Needs new staffing IMMEDIATELY, if this how and who they have representing Fair Oaks."

"management don't treat you like a human being. I been here since they open worst management there can be . They are rude and disrespectful,treat you like a child leaving you a new document every day at your door. They on top of every move you make threating with "we are washing the cameras " but were the cameras at to actually do your job like cleaning the floors, the trash is always full , or othe neighbors or visitants knocking at you door for fun. Or for not not giving the tow company my car info which I give it yo you since I sign the lease , no is better to cause inconvenience and more problems to the tenants.They only add more stress to your life which is already hard on its own . Every month there is new rules and stuff to follow. If you looking for a place to call home and be in peace don't come here."

"I’ve been a tenant of Fair Oaks for 1 year and some months, aside from residing there. I have never had any issues in past units. I’ve never been uncomfortable in a unit in my entire life. I have kids and grandkids that visit me everyday, and now that there is a personal matter amongst them and my daughter. They don’t want them there anymore. I have disabilities and mental issues that i battle in my life, and staffing has done nothing but attach stress among my life since then. Something needs to be done immediately. My bills are on time, my unit is clean and neat. And there are no disturbances in my unit. They have targeted my unit, and I am now uncomfortable in my own home."
