"Not enough visitor parkings, visitors are not welcomed. Atlantico allows towing companys comes illegally every night for profits. There are hundreds of apts, for just around 15 visitors parking spot. Do the math, you will never find free spot. Definitely will not renew contract, definitely my friends there will not renew, and i will make sure to spread the voice to as many people i can about not considering atlantico."

"I currently live here and I AM NOT renewing my lease. My car got stolen and they didn’t do anything about it. Some peoples apartments got broken into and they don’t do anything about it. They are very racist against African Americans. They simply don’t care here."

"I moved out of state just a week ago and I miss this community. My wife and I always felt safe and comfortable living here. We never had problems finding parking, maintenance was right on point if we needed something to be fixed, the administration is very professional. We found some flaws though, the behavior of some members of the community while in the pool, admin was always trying to make it safe for everyone to enjoy the common areas but sometimes it was just hard to go and enjoy a bbq as there was sometimes a party, bottles around the pool, loud music to the level I couldn’t even hear my thoughts. Rules were clear and yet some tenants just decided to break them. I am aware that the administration was being proactive in trying to solve this issue. But that is on the tenants side. Also, in my personal opinion, this place needs speed bumps. Sometimes, especially at night, some drivers would think they were on turnpike and run their cars at amazingly dangerous speeds inside the community. I don’t think there’s a perfect place anywhere, there’s always going to be something to fix, but if I ever go back to Florida I would move back to this place. My wife and I loved it."

"I have been a resident here for almost two years. Never in my life have I lived a place where the community management staff adheres to ALL details of the live in community. Everyone at the office is prompt, easily reachable, and quick to solve any issue that you could possible think off. From Jordana to Angela to Kattia and Clara, all the wonderful girls are always able and ready to respond. The maintenance staff in onsite almost 24 hours a day and many times i have actually seen them at 2am resolving an issue. I have visited many communities in the local area and NONE come close to the attention to detail that Atlantico offers. If i had to single one thing that stands out above all else is the wonderful community events that Jordana puts together for the residents. Almost every single month there is something new and awesome going on at the club house. All paid for by Atlantico. Thank you atlantico for making the community a wonderful, peaceful, and clean place to live. I am on my second renewal and could not imagine not renewing a third time......."
