"I first met Minerva in 2008, when I was in the market to purchase a condominium unit in South Beach, FL. I had attempted to work with several realtors in South Beach, but only one local realtor returned my phone calls, and he didn't want to "waste" his time unless I was absolutely committed to buying. Luckily, I somehow stumbled upon Minerva’s name. Even though at the time, Minerva specialized in towns far north of Miami Beach, she was willing to take me on as a client, sight unseen, with no preconditions. She knew what I would soon discover: that she had the unique determination, spirit and work ethic to help me find the perfect property. Our relationship began via e-mail, because I live in Washington, D.C. Through our initial correspondence, Minerva identified the types of properties and locations that would potentially meet my needs. When we met in person several days later, she had already compiled a day’s worth of properties to show me. Her scheduling was flawless, as was her uncanny ability to cope with rusty lock-boxes and prickly selling agents.
