"Looking for apartments. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday were locked residents blowing the horn wanting me to move out the way the distance from the gate to the street is extremely short. Two lanes but this one resident chose not to go around she just laid on the horn. I finally got a hold of district office to tell I have 9 am the gate was opened 9:05 for me I was so pissed off and spooked between the horn blowing and the gate. So when they finally opened it I left you couldn't turn around and leave due to the gate also. I went elsewhere and got an approval too much hassle to visit has a possible future resident."

"We moved into this residential complex a month ago and have only positive feelings about it. First and foremost, the management is friendly and always ready to help. We have dealt with two women who work at the reception, and I can say that they are knowledgeable and work hard to please all the residents; our impressions of them are entirely positive. The complex boasts a beautiful area with a swimming pool and a fantastic tennis court, good neighbors, and plenty of parking spaces, which never seems to be an issue"

"When I first moved here the lawn workers were never a problem. They would come once or twice a week. I realized they were coming Wednesday and Friday. Now they are here Tuesday Wednesday today is Thursday and they will be here Friday. If you are someone that works from home or have a new baby this is not the place for you to live. They are on the east side of the complex every morning 8am to 12pm, the latest 2pm. You can’t work, you can’t sleep, and if you want to watch tv you have to put the volume all the way up. It is really getting out of hand at this point."

"2 years I have been patiently waiting leaking problems in my bedroom and the living room to be fixed. It was the pandemic first then the post pandemic and now whatever you want to fill in the blank as an excuse. It’s not only a lack of respect, ever since I pay sacredly every month and now, a new increase in my rent as a reward for being a decent (fool) tenant. I have already reached the city of Weston code compliance to see if somebody makes my rights prevail. We are supposed to live in Weston, not in a ghetto, specially when your quality life goes 6 feet under every time it rains at night. Very nice and kind people at the management office, but very poor solutions from Atlantic Pacific Management."

"My experience at St. Andrews has been great so far. I rented here almost 1 month ago and the administrative process was super smooth and easy. The people from the management company are awesome, friendly and so helpful. Enza, took excellent care of me, super professional but also made me fee like family, like I was truly getting home. Besides, my apartment is super cute and I love it. I had a minor thing to repair and the maintenance person came and fix it super fast. I have no complaints so far. I'm very happy here. oh something else I want to point out is that I was a little concerned about the parking, but I have always been able to get a good spot to park."
