"Very disappointing experience at Mizner Place. The property is old but well equipped. However the staff and services during the stay were awful. No housekeeping, no towel change, rude staff in the front desk and bad wi-fi. Sad to have a Motel experience in such a place."
"This is supposedly an RCI Gold Crown resort. Obviously the standards have dropped for obtaining this. Our bath tub was full of mold, there were cobwebs behind curtains, the microwave oven didn’t work, and they lack many amenities that other resorts provide. In their tiny workout center only one piece of equipment was in working order."
