Hampton Inn by Hilton Weston Ft. Lauderdale

"During my recent stay, I encountered a significant issue that negatively affected my experience. The most notable problem was the loud noise from a large air conditioning unit outside my room, which would turn on every ten minutes throughout the night with a loud buzzing sound, making it extremely difficult to sleep. After a challenging first night, I approached the front desk the following morning to request a room change, hoping for a solution to the unbearable noise. Unfortunately, the response to my request was less than satisfactory. Initially, I was informed that there were no available rooms and was advised to call back later in the day. Upon calling back, there was a brief moment of confusion as it seemed there was a room available, but this was quickly dismissed once I clarified I was seeking a room change, not a new booking. I was then told that changing rooms would incur an additional charge, and ultimately, my request was denied. The service attitude during this process was disappointing, further detracting from my overall experience. This has unfortunately left a negative impression, and I feel it’s important for potential guests to be aware of these issues when considering their stay."

"I had a king size room. I room was big...had a couch and big bathroom..only thing is there is only a half glass wall in shower so all the water goes on the floor and it can risk to slip..but all the rest great with breakfast"

"Friendly staff right from the start! We only needed a place to crash after the football game so we didn't partake in any amenities. We got up too late for the free bro which ends at 9 am. But we're able to grab coffee on our way out before 11 am check out. Many rooms were recently remodeled and some were still undergoing that process. Very clean as you would expect from a remodeled Hilton brand. Not the most ideal location for beaches or tourism. But the distance saves you the extra fees and is definitely cleaner."

"I had to stay here last minute after a longer than expected airport trek & I’m so glad I chose here. It was midnight and I was exhausted and a very pleasant front desk person, Frank was such a breath of fresh air. The room was big, clean and the bed was so comfy - a welcome after being on my feet so long. Breakfast was also nicer than expected - fresh foods & great coffee. Short stay but it was great"

"I went to stay on 12/16/2023 (4 pm -7 pm) for a quick stop rest due to the heavy weather, and a few hours later, when the weather calmed down, I was ready to check out. That day, I had the lady front desk check me out. She looked at why I checked out very quickly when I had just checked in and gave me an attitude when she saw me put the hotel card behind my phone and said, “Did you know that you are not supposed to put the card behind your phone”? At that point, I was unsure why she gave me attitude when I wanted to check out. I'm not sure which point I did wrong. Also, the room is not so clean in the bathroom. I found a used soap in the bathroom. It was an awful experience with that hotel, and they never gave me a point for my stay, even though the front desk had my account information."
