"By far the worst resort we have stayed at. The pool looked gorgeous, which was the main drawing card here. People start lining up EVERYDAY at 6:30 to wait until 8am when the pool opens to claim their pool lounger. We've been here and 1 week and could only get a chair after 3pm everyday. All of the many owners we spoke with said it was like this all of the time and management has never attempted to address the problem. I won't be back here or to any of their properties in Weston asthee same problem exists at all."
"Checked in on Sunday this week. We just checked out today. The hot tub had a severe chemical imbalance and was not closed appropriately after we reported it. The hot tub bleached our swimsuits. We have chemical rashes on several areas of our bodies. My wife and I had to take several showers to get all of the chlorine off. When addressed to management they said there was nothing they could do for us other than an incident report. I expect someone to be reaching out at least to compensate for the bathing suits. I would not stay here again. Room 7-111B Akers"
"Outstanding facilities . . . clean, well maintained, and grounds are beautiful. Staff are polite, friendly, courteous, and helpful. Not in Fort Lauderdale, but close enough to take advantages of everything it w has to offer."
"Hands down! Best service and staffing. So clean and friendly. Very nice accommodations and location too. Concierge Angela was amazing and the manager Marissa was so kind and caring. They took good care of me making sure I was happy and cared for for over 5 weeks. Highly recommend this resort!!"
"The room I was given here was in the Osprey Building. I personally didn’t like it. Not a luxury resort At All. The rooms were old and the decor was dated and smaller than I expected. The best part was the scenic view outside. The psalm trees, greenery and the fountain was beautiful."
