"I never write reviews but I had to go out of my way to share my experience here. I moved here two years ago from Philadelphia. This was my first apartment and I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this apartment. In two years I only had minor maintenance requests and every single one of them was handled and responded to immediately. Everyone at the front desk is extremely friendly. The pool is always kept clean. The area is extremely safe and convenient. You are right next to a police station, across from the City Hall, you can walk to Dunkin Donuts, latin sports bar, italian restaurant, cafe, etc. This is definitely a very quiet area to live. All this time I've been here, I think I have seen my neighbors a handful of times lol but on the bright side I never hear any noise inside my apartment. Unfortunately I could not renew my lease because I could no longer afford it but I will truly miss living here and I highly recommend it to anyone considering living here. Thank you to the entire leasing office! You have made my experience here memorable."
