"this is a very nice place to live, the location is very nice near turnpike and Miramar parkway, new and exiting things around. lots of restaurants and supermarkets. the staff is friendly and will help you! my 1-1 apartment is perfect for my husband and I, lots of storage and not to mention a nice view. if you want to or need to leave around Miramar / Pembroke area this location is for you ."

"I toured a few apartments in the Miramar and Pembroke Pines area and this was by far the leasing office with the most professional, caring, and kind leasing agents. You are always greeted when you walk in, not the case in other apartment leasing offices, they will act like they didn't see you and get bothered when you ask if this is the leasing office. Here, they will ask what you are looking for and give you options, at another location they kept pushing a specific smaller unit and when I would tell them I wanted to see the bigger units they told me no that I was better off in a smaller unit since I am a single person. Here I was allowed to see multiple units and find the best for me. At another location, the agent was extremely rude to my elderly father who had come to tour with me. Here the ladies tried to greet him in Spanish even though they don't speak Spanish. It's little things like this that go along way. Here I experienced complete professional and I am beyond grateful for it. Big thank you to Krystal for making this a professional and peaceful move-in and shout out to the rest of the ladies working here, you guys work hard and deserve admiration. The apartment hallways were pressured clean right before the holidays (Thanksgiving). They always answer any questions you may have. You have a shopping center across with Starbucks and other restaurants and Khols, Publix, Aldi, Bank of America, etc on the same street. Definitely recommend."

"I recently moved in to Avalon Miramar Park Place and I just have to say the apartments are so beautiful (west side) ! The renting process was extremely easy, I was assisted every step of the way by Tianna. The day I checked in I was helped by Crystal who welcomed me to the community with a bottle of wine to celebrate and that made the experience so fancy and special! I live with my daughter and I love the layout of the apartment because we both have our privacy and separate bathrooms. The only negative I have to say is that some the appliances weren’t working at 100% when I moved in, but they were responsive and sent maintenance promptly:)"

"I lived in this location for one year and plan to stay for another. We have really enjoyed being here. The property is well maintained, and the staff is friendly and caring and really goes above and beyond for the residents. Any issue we've had has been promptly resolved. I highly recommend Avalon Miramar Park Place if you are looking for a new apartment."

"This place isn't worth the money. Dead insects always on the stairways. Car gate is always open at night and gates on sidewalk are broken in pieces from vandelism. They updated A/C in each unit causing loud noises in your apartment 24/7. PARKING is now a headache! Tenants are getting tickets due to an improper notice of new parking rules. This is Miramar, why are guests paying to stay overnight each night?! This place isn't improving in any way. It only gets worse. Management should be held accountable for poor management around the community."
