"Extremely ghetto and the leasing office does not care. Poor customer service and rent keeps getting jacked up. I’ve never lived in a place where I would constantly step on dog feces the moment I would step outside my apartment, I could literally create a poop catalogue from all the feces. Poop smeared in the gym and criminals moving into the complex despite the so called background check new tenants must do prior to moving in. Last year the gate to the parking lot was busted open by a reckless tenant and remained wide open despite the increase in car break in, in the area (Horizon Apartments) next door. They even painted the hallways to a darker color to hide the filth because of the amount of complaints they would receive. I recommend looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a lace with more class and professionalism where you don’t have to worry about your safety and above all the hygiene bc these people had rodent and roach complaints. No thanks"

"I was scheduled for a tour and the lady at the front desk that took me on the so-called tour has no customer service skills and apparently already decided I was not going to get the apartment, she did not show me the pool area or gym, she took me to the 2 bedroom they had to show and that was it, until I asked about the gym. She said they had a gym and club house but apparently I was not allowed to see it, because she did not include it in the tour, then about parking only one car per lease...other apartment complexes allow 2, for that much rent you should not be forced to have to get a garage for your other car, dumb rule. Anyways thanks for helping me decide not to rent from your company. The lady in front need to learn customer service skill."

"An apartment complex not worth the cost for the value when they are others in the area that offer the same with potentially better service. There is Horizon at Miramar, Catalina at Miramar, and Atlantico at Miramar just to name a few on the same street. Not to name a few others that are brand new opening up in the area. From there amenities being down more than most, to their gate system that is suppose to provide a level of security, being down for at least 2 days or more at a time. (Picture of the open gate is going on 4 days and counting). The parking system is probably the worst in the area, with no visitors parking, I repeat no visitors parking. They do however have an online 3rd party parking policy, that only allows "one guest vehicle" for a limited amount of time per month. A third party company who works whenever they choose to; to place green stickers on vehicles whether they are a resident or guest, for multiple reasons. The company might work one weekend, per month, or be gone for five months at a time (Sept 20'-Jan 21'- facts). Who knows, there is no consistency. In August there were zero violations in front of my building, however yesterday I counted at least 15 Vehicles looking out my window that had green tags on them. Also who pays $2,200 a month or more, to not be able to "back in park" at their own home. Yes back in parking is not allowed for residents or guests. Unless you live by building 8, 9, 10 (once again, no consistency). However they do have decent parking spaces available in one area to make into guest parking, but they'd rather overcharged for renting a garage, and hiring a third-party company to violate residents. Not to mention the lack of availability for electrical vehicles where there are cars parked in those spaces, but not only are these vehicles not violated, they're allowed to stay there as you can see from the blue car in the picture attached. As it relates the staff, other than the assistant manager who is always pleasant, the staff is not the friendliest. Which includes the office staff, as well as most of the maintenance staff. A maintenance staff who when cleaning, has no problem dumping trash right in front of your door as seen in the picture with dust and bugs. I could go on, and on with the gym not being cleaned, with the dirty carpet, and unclean equipment. To the mail packaging delivery room, that has packages laying everywhere and can be displayed from the street for anyone to come and take. The picture below does it no justice to how bad it possibly can get and has been in that room. Or to how the door at one point in time was not locked at any point. To receiving most email notifications the day of, and not in advanced to allow you time to prepare, or even be home. Other than being a prime location of being close to the turnpike, for the price and value and level of service, you most likely can do better and find better somewhere else. The apartments however are nice, spacious and some views (the lake) are pretty. My rating is not based on emotions or feelings but facts as you can see from the pictures attached below. And can be backed with videos of the same."

"I am totally disappointed with this condominium. 3 months ago before moving, they promised that they would place a BBQ area. I moved in already and still they don't have a date for installation and they just say, they are also waiting for an approval. If you want to do a birthday celebration at the pool, you can only invite 2 people per resident, seriously? They have a beautiful pool area, chairs and tables but they are just for decoration and only to sell the amenities to the new residents because once you move, you can't enjoy them with your family/friends."

"For the past four months, ever since we moved in luma at miramar, I have noticed dampness in the apartment, i carried on with my day to day not thinking much about the dampness, i have never ever had to see or deal with mold or moisture in any apartment i have resided in, after 3 weeks of living in luma i discovered pervasive mold on the surface of cloths, shoes, bags, hats. spoke to office staff and to my surprise i was blamed based on my AC being at 78 degrees, i threw most of my belong away and was moved to another unit, and to my surprise the same issue. Worried about my health and daughter’s health, i am moving. Meanwhile, none of the staff members has done anything in regards to there property or unit, but instead have placed the blame on me even though the AC has been on 74 degrees at the new unit. I ADVICE THAT KNOW ONE SHOULD LIVE HERE, UNTIL THEY RECOGNIZE AND FIX THE MOIST ISSUE, AND TRAIN THERE LEASING OFFICE STAFF MEMBERS TO TREAT THEIR RESIDENTS WITH RESPECT AND COMPASSION. moving forward i will pay attend to the attitudes of leasing office staffs."
