"I love living at Miramar lakes apartments. The atmosphere is great and so are the views from my balcony. Walking up to my apartment everyday gives me such gratification I can’t explain it. I will be renewing and it’s also the best price point in the area for the neighborhood."
"Giving five stars for one person in particular, and that is Esmeiris. Esme helped so much with a complicated move that I had from out of state, and I truly believe I moved to this complex because of her. Phenomenal person who made everything that stressed me out so much easier to handle. Without Esmeiris I would give 4 stars. The complex is great and the apartment is very good for the price. I have been loving the gym and the apartment is located in such a good area. My only "issues" would be that we have an issue where our bathtub faucet isn't actually attached to the wall so sometimes the pressure of switching the water to redirect to the shower head will cause the bathtub faucet to shoot out at us. the maintenance request was put in a week and a half ago. Our dishwasher also doesn't work and that is something we just put in a request for so I can't fault them for not responding to that sooner but should be noted that we moved into a dishwasher that skips its wash cycle. I would recommend this place as all of my problems exist in every apartment community."
"Love the staff, very nice and respectful. The pool area is amazing, especially for little occasions. Both sides have gas grills and around the complex there's charcoal grills. The community at the most part isn't loud."
