Issues are always addressed and taken care of. Emily and her team in the office are always there to help and support with her smile. And Ralf and his team are always there with a smile to get the work physically done. Ralf will personally check issues up too, along with Emily. They are a great team! This is the 5th year we are here and love it here. Thank you once again Emily and your entire team!"

"New manager Emily doesn’t listen to resident concerns and is extremely unprofessional. This place continues to go down hill. Pool and hot tub are constantly closed. Even though residents pay for these amenities they can’t be used… there isn’t anywhere to store bikes and expects them to be suddenly be stored inside our small apartments…this management is also picking on residents who have chairs outside their doors on their porch but chairs brought and left next to the lake are never removed. Lastly, If you are a gringo.. expect to be treated differently here by this management. This place is overpriced for what you get. Can’t wait to move! I would not recommend this place to anyone!"

"I have been staying in this apartment for more than 5 years. We like it here and probably one of the best locations we lived in US. We got our apartment upgraded with vinyl and granite tops this year and looks great. Happy here, but the maintenance work speed needs improvement. I enjoy the apartment tradition of having fun days and food trucks arranged."

The outstanding customer service from the ladies in the leasing office is absolutely exceptional. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the application and move-in process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to address all my questions and concerns, and it's clear they genuinely care about their residents. And let's not forget Carlos, the Maintenance Man. He's nothing short of incredible! Whenever there's an issue in my apartment, Carlos is there in no time to fix it. His promptness and expertise are truly impressive. I've never experienced such efficient and reliable maintenance service anywhere else. The apartment complex itself is wonderful. The grounds are well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the community is peaceful and welcoming. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live at Weston Place Apartments."
