"We had an excellent stay in a Newman Hospitality managed home. They were very responsive before and during our stay. All questions got addresses. They sent onsite property managers out to address an issue with the home, less than 24 hours turnaround. I would definitely stay in a Newman managed property again."

"I was staying at one of Newman Hospitality houses when I came back from a day at Universal Studios. When I came to the door I could see it wasn’t locked and instantly went inside to see what happened. I called the police as soon as I saw my things missing. They showed up and in there police report the officers stated the door key pad was faulty. Newman Hospitality was asked to show up when the police were there being there property that was broken into but they didn’t. I then asked someone to show up first thing in the morning so I could have someone fix this situation but Newman Hospitality didn’t. I asked them to change the lock because that’s what the police stated in the report as the issue. Newman Hospitality showed up, typed the code in, never tried to open the door to see if the locking mechanism actually kept the door shut and left. They ABSOLUTELY didn’t care about our SAFETY because changing the lock would have been something any GOOD company would have done right away. One person had all the clothes stolen except the pair they had on and I had over $2000 of things taken from me. The police said it was just a quick hit and run which explains why they didn’t take the massive tvs. If Newman Hospitality had cameras up like there signs say this would have never happened. This company claims they have 24/7 response but after something bad happens they stop responding so you can’t fix the problem and they can’t take blame. If you have nothing bad happen at your stay they are very good but if you’re stolen from, the police show up, have an active investigation, Newman Hospitality will do everything they can so it doesn’t look like there property was the problem. PLEASE stay somewhere else. It will save you lots of stress"

Just needs blinds added to the bathroom window in Sunny and modern derby house. Newman hospitality is very responsive to any questions. Definitely would rent from them again."
