"I posted this recount of our experience in the Weston Facebook group and got 93 likes and comments agreeing with us on the poor treatment of homeowners and residents by Castle Group employees at Savanna: We have been Savanna residents for 19 years. We had a birthday party for our 7 year old grandson yesterday at the club house in Savanna. We were treated like delinquents by the Castle Group events manager at Savanna Commons. We paid for a room and the pavilion for 4 hours. Immediately after the party was over we had to ask our guests to exit the premises, even though the five kids we invited were enjoying the pool. Our grandson who’s birthday we were celebrating wanted to jump in the pool after his party. His parents, our son and his wife, had to wait in the parking lot because they were asked to leave the pool area. It was embarrassing and totally out of line to treat homeowners in this way. Not only the rules need to be changed for parties at this place, but the staff need to be trained in how to treat homeowners. We had two other parties during our 19 years at Savanna and were never treated like this."
"Disappointed with the rent of a space in the community. The front desk people in charge of it are not friendly at all. It is hard to enjoy an event having them telling you stuff with such a bad actitud. Now I understand why this places are always empty. 1st and last time I rent a place in here, so sad because I'm an owner in the community and I was expecting this being so awesome."
"Fantastic place to live with a diversity of homes to chose, from a townhouse to a big house. Gated Community with very extrict access. State of the art Clubhouse with the biggest community pool and wet area in Broward County."
"Great place for families. Wonderful pools, activities, walking / jogging paths, sports fields. Safe, gated access with full time security guards. Beautiful neighborhoods."
