"I had an absolutely terrible experience with one of the Realtors at United. Supposedly a "Go-between" for landlords and tenants, this realtor was only concerned about the property owner and her keeping the account to gain a commission on the future tenants. We were asked to move out without any indication as to why or reason why we couldn't stay. While this is well within the rights of a LL, the manner in which the LL and United Realtor went about it was cold and un-empathetic. The walk through process upon moving out was a nightmare. We kept the property in immaculate condition and upon viewing the property, we were told that the INSIDE of the oven was dirty and one of the flimsy long blinds was broken. For this, our realtor decided to side with our LL in threatening our security deposit. In short, any tenants looking to rent in Weston or anywhere else should attempt to find a property not managed or listed by United Realty. FYI: we have a great relationship with our current LL and the realtor who listed the property has been nothing but helpful and insightful. /If you can, avoid United Real Estate Properties at all costs. edit; just tried calling, went straight to VM"
