"I would not recommend this place to anyone. We have lived here for 3 years & it was fine at first, but it has only gotten worse. I could write pages on why but to sum: We haven’t had a working dishwasher in almost 3 months, our entire apartment smells like mold, we lived with plastic sheeting on our dry wall and floor in one room for 9 months after the hurricane. They literally do not care about anything. I have basically had to call or email everyday to get a response that leads to nowhere. And when they reply to this review, like they have with all of the others, asking me to reach out for further communication, just know I have called and emailed countless times and it gets us absolutely nowhere so their reply is meaningless."

"Honestly for the amount people pay here. 1700 for a 2 bedroom. The amenities are terrible. Laundry room is disgusting. Washers don’t work. Office people seem to not care. They left the trash from a previous tenant still sitting outside by my apartment but send emails complaining about leaving trash bags in front of the door. Little contradicting if you ask me. Not to mention when I went to get my mail for the first time my mail box was not even locked. The hallway floors are gross. My closet doors were supposed to be fixed and haven’t been. The list honestly goes on. It just seems like they don’t care to change anything. I know it’s the holidays but with the amount we’re paying we shouldn’t be living like this. If I wanted to live in the projects I’d move back to Missouri."

"i went to check out this place looking for something closer to work. I had the pleasure of meeting Ally the new manager and looking at one of the model apartments. She was very informative letting me know the changes that she and her company are making there. It was nice meeting someone polite happy and excited to assist me in finding a new apartment. Thank you Ally you will def see me again, when signing my lease!"

"I have been living here a few months and it’s pretty quiet I’ve had no issues. The price was pretty comparative to others near by. Some of the units are upgraded, Ally and Morgan assisted me and was very Patient helping me fill out my application. Getting approved was easy. They have a new team on board so im hopeful for great changes. And they even started resident events again so I’m excited for the future!"
