"It's a nice area, and I like my apartment. They do have trouble meeting maintenance requests though, in a timely manner. Sometimes when they start work on things, it doesn't get finished for quite awhile. Some people in the office are very good at helping me when I need assistance with something."
"To write a comment, I had to rate you. I'm looking for senior housing in the future. After reading these comments, I can tell this isn't the place for me. The comments are discouraging and I feel this organization is just patting themselves on the back with the good comments and brushing off the bad comments all the time without taking care of issues. You can address an issue all you want but the final outcome is key and speaks volumes of how well things are taken care of. I'm a former caregiver and I've seen nightmares in senior communities, especially if the person has no family that visits or is involved in their care. Those people are silently highly abused. I'm not saying in your facility but in every other one I've been in, it's been this way. You people who say you are taking care of the elderly, and are not, should be ashamed of yourselves. God is watching. Your day is coming."
