"Noise levels haven't changed. If anything, they have gotten worse since complaining. Can't even come home and relax after a long day at work. Up every 2-3 hours DURING THE NIGHT because of heavy things being dropped. Done on purpose??? Absolutely! My friend wanted to be wait listed. I told her to look elsewhere. Not worth the aggravation and lack of respect."
"Excellent new apartment complex in north port, Florida. Spacious floor plans. Only 2 things I'd mention, sound proofing could be better as there are a lot of children that live here. So, sound proofing could have been built better & amenities. I need a pool for my health. They don't have one. Possibly an idea for the expansion across the street or if permitting and space allows in the current allotment. Definitely a great place to explore if moving or relocating to the area. Shopping, medical & other essential services are walking distance (finally Florida)!"
"Great apartments and value! Friendly staff and upgraded inside of the units with high ceilings. The floor plans are spacious. I have a ground floor with a patio with a view of the fountain. Ground floor units have patios. No pool but if it did then the rent would be like $500 more a month. Does have a splash pad and bbq area. Very happy!"
"I have contacted Palm Port Apartments by leaving a voice message as well as submitting a short contact form on their website. Katelynn, Resident Services was prompt to get back to me by email. She provided income guidelines, occupancy standards, first expected move in dates, fees and deposits. I give this place a five star. This type of service gives a great first impression for this property."
"I left a message late Friday afternoon stating I was interested in living at Palm Port. I also emailed them and this happened over July 4th weekend. I live in Indiana and want to move to Florida but I need a tax credit apartment. Tuesday I received a very nice email with income requirements for each unit and all the information I needed. I wrote back stating which apartment fits my income requirements. I immediately got a response of what is next. Great response and I hope I am chosen."
