"I have lived in Grand court for 10 years,I am going to say we have been through a lot of management and owners.With that being said I love my apartment even after 10 years.I will say we could use some updating to the inside of the apartments but other then that I am ok with how it looks.I do miss when they would come clean your carpets on your yearly lease renewal.I also want to point out I have had no problems in 10 years with roaches"
"If you like thin walls and hearing your Nabors talk. If you love roaches. If you want Maintenance to do a job. If you want to move into a hood like place with a good potential of getting shot. Basically anything that is promised when moving in is a lie. Oh your going to spend tons of money to fight the bugs."
