"People are as nice as it gets:( maintenance guy is very nice. Place has increased rent by 300$ the website says 1600 for 2bed 2bath I’m paying almost 2000 for a 2bed 2bath not including utilities. Barely any parking spaces always walking from one side of place to the other for some reason. Trash people aren’t consistent. The unit I’m in is definitely not worth 2000$. Also the website photos are misleading as well. There’s also kids who knock at your door and run away at all time of the day or night even when it’s 8pm! But enjoy your stay and don’t forget to scare away the raccoons that get in your trash."

They definitely need more guys like him working here. *My experience at these apartments have deteriorated my mental health and have been physically exhausting . My ac has been broken since the day I moved in November 3 2023. It’s now December and I have only had air/heat 1 day out of this entire month. The maintenance has come to my apartment numerous times with different fixes and has worked for maybe 1-3 days before it completely goes out again. I went 10 days straight without any ac/heat for them to fix it and it break within 2 days . Currently my apartment is at 81 which I have brought to the offices attention. There lack of empathy is disgusting. I am 6 1/2 months pregnant with a 6 year old. Not to mention I am a single mother who works from home with not ac/heat paying this “luxury” rent and the many fees they charge you a month to either be extremely hot or extremely cold for the last month and a half. I seriously should have never moved here. The leasing agent who showed me the apartments, was so sketchy when I asked about the up keep of the apartments as if she knew there were many problems. They have “lower” rents right now because they just can’t rent them out with all these problems. Everyone in my building has showed sympathy because they have been constantly dealing with issues as well. This is not the consistency I need for bringing a newborn into this world come March."

"Hands down the worst place we have ever lived. If you want rent that constantly fluctuates, dirty apartments with bugs and lord knows what else, and the worst management that changes about every month- this is your place! Toledo club has randomly found amounts of money they decided we owed them- after issues on THEIR end with their staff not knowing how to do their job. The staff (that changes24/7) is incredibly rude and the contractors they employ are very unprofessional. I have asked for corporates number several times and they refuse to give it to us. Now that we have moved out- we have multiple people looking into the issues at hand and hope it helps future tenants!"

"When I moved in here in 2020, the staff was amazing. The front desk ladies were awesome and the maintenance man had problems fixed the same day. My rent has raised HUNDREDS in only 3 years. Last renewal it went up at least $150. The grounds are disgusting, trash is everywhere, maintenance never fixes anything. My dishwasher has been broken for 4 MONTHS! I’ve put in at least 4-5 maintenance requests, called, and delivered a signed hand written request. Still nothing. They keep marking it as completed and it hasn’t changed. Still doesn’t work. If anything breaks, good luck because it will never get fixed and you’re not allowed to fix it yourself. My storage unit is infested with RATS and is unusable, they chewed through all of my boxes and everything had to be thrown away. My apartment is now infested with ants that we can absolutely not get rid of. I have another baby on the way and cannot wait to get out of here. I’m getting ready to call their corporate company and hopefully get SOMETHING done around here. The price we pay for what we get is absolutely ludicrous. Do NOT rent here."

"As the years go on, the apartments just getting worse and worse. But the price rent rises yearly! +$300 this year!!!! Once luxury apartments now it’s not even close to that. Hot tub doesn’t work half the time. The palm trees are dying and no one takes care of that as months go on. Had issues with people parking wherever they want and it was long before this issue got resolved. Also the Valet trash was added about a year ago, they charge you for that monthly but you still taking your own trash out most of the time. The office sends you a notice that the trash cans are full and then you see empty trash bins. Dishonest! Can’t wait until we finally get to move out!!!"
