"The location is beautiful!! The gulf is so clean and the area is quiet. Traffic isn’t crazy and the locals are so friendly! The farmers market downtown Englewood is fun and the local vendors have quality items. We love the area!!! The condo’s are super quiet and the pool, hot tub, tennis court is very nice. The bay is located in the back of our condo and the gulf is 500 feet away!! Absolutely love Pelican Landing!!! The elevator is a plus, especially when you have groceries!! Parking is underneath the building and plenty of parking for visitors. I believe Pelican Landing is a gem of a place!!"
