"looked decent....spoke with a resident...said that it's gone down hill. apartment wasn't what we were looking for. porches were VERY SMALL. a lot of water pooling up around foliage beds. pool and exercise facility were amazing though. it ended up taking 45 minutes past the time we were scheduled to take a look at an apartment....I offered a tenant that obviously had some complaints to air his issues out. didn't think it would take that long. manager was nice that we spoke with and showed us around. just wasn't what we were looking for."
"I've been renting apartments since 2017, and The Reserve at Venice, has been the best community i've lived in by far! The ladies at the office, specially the Manager Cheryl, are so professional, and prompt to answer your questions and concerns. The maintenance team is so good and friendly! I found my apartment perfectly ready when I recently moved in, and every time I see one of the guys driving in the golf carts, they always have a big smile, and even stop to say hi to us residents! My neighbors are so amazing, kind and friendly! They always offer to help if they see me with my hands full going upstairs, and always say hi. I really love living in here and I am planning on continuing living until I finally can purchase my own home. Good job!"
"I absolutely love my new home. Large bathrooms with dual sinks and a walk in shower and plenty of space. Screened in patio overlooking a preserve. The look and modern style definatly made my decorating easy. Just a great community. The grounds are well kept also. Staff is easy to work with."
