"I grew up vacationing here with my family and have memories that will stay with me forever. This place is an absolute treasure! Plus you can find shark teeth. Owners and other guests are friendly and it has amazing access to the beach, which is pretty private/less busy than the further south public beaches. Highly recommend!"

"Dana was great, truly an asset to the area as well. We had a karen that stayed at the resort that wrote a review the was completely untrue. She should be sued for slander!! Room was great we loved it!!"

"Definitely an “Old Florida” type of place that we adore! My husband and I stayed here while on our honeymoon and loved every moment. Our unit was clean and stocked with more than what we needed! We stayed in Unit 5 and had a private entrance to and from the beach. The resort also has beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and anything else you can think of free for guests to use. I brought my own beach chair but didn’t even bother getting it out so I wouldn’t have to worry about getting sand into the car. Also have a washer/dryer available for guests and just ask for $1 in return for using their equipment and detergent. Not busy at all and very private. A perfect place for people who don’t like to be in big crowds! We can’t wait for our next stay! For future guests, our favorite restaurants were Juicy Seafood in Savannah (about 20 minutes from the hotel) and Pops Sunset Grill (about 10 minutes from the hotel). We tried many of the local restaurants like Deep Lagoon (didn’t like this place at all) and Casey Key Fish House (I think maybe we just ordered the wrong dishes here because they have very good reviews). Yoders Amish Restaurant had the best biscuit and gravy either of us have ever had and we were both raised in the south with biscuits and gravy regularly. It is a must do for breakfast! The only thing we would have liked are instructions for check out, maybe places on the fridge or somewhere similar. They may have been some but if there were, we overlooked them. We cleaned up after ourselves before leaving but wasn’t sure about what was “required.” Regardless, it was definitely a 11/10 stay!"
