"The staff in this place is so amicable. The place is a calm place, children playing, they also have a splash pad. It's is a family friendly neighborhood. The only thing I would recommend is a deeper cleaning of the hallway and stair areas but besides that the overall appearance is appealing!"

"I specifically asked if these were income based and not income restricted due to a fixed monthly income and was told it was. Twice! When I was called about an available unit 3 years later while staying anywhere I could find a safe place to sleep I was told that they were not income based. Had I been told this important detail correctly in the first place I would not have wasted my time in filling an application out. Thanks for the false hope Sable Place.."
"I was sad when Ms Elizabeth left because everything went down hill. Stuff in the apt dont get fixed anymore and the old office staff was freaking rude and useless. I am really happy to see Ms. Liz is there now as the manager and Ms Elizabeth as the high lady from corporate and I know this place is going to be fixed up because they don’t play. We have people that live here that are rude, nasty and inconsiderate towards other neighbors and especially towards the new office staff and they need to go. Fights every weekends and party’s too. I like that Ms. Liz is always outside and I even seen her break up fights and trespass people on the spot. If this changes like I think it will, I will finally be happy to renew my lease finally!!!!!!"
