Laurel Lakes Townhomes

"ALL THAT GLITTERS ISNT GOLD! Although these are newly built townhomes loving here is an absolute nightmare. At least 2 of the homes near the back of the complex are front drug houses with DAILY activity. Constant “strange” activities, parties and all out fights are the norm here. It’s absolutely ridiculous that , for the amount of money we’re paying, we have to go through this. Residents live in constant fear of speaking up due to retaliation & although there was a recent announcement about security guards, we’ve only seen them once. Save yourself the headache, time and stress and look elsewhere. Law abiding citizens shouldn’t have to deal with this."

"The property management department team is mean, and rude. The one who helped me and my family was Jennifer Gesslin she was a horrible helper and and was making it seem as it’s your fault you didn’t meet the demands even though me and my family tried really really hard to do our best to meet the requirements. She also made it difficult to help us, and didn’t see why the code sent to phone didn’t work and stress me and my family. I’d don’t recommend anyone working with this lady."

"My visit on 5/10/23 at Laurel Lakes was so serene. Since I'm a country person who loves nature, I must say this place is like heaven. And the still quietness as you sit out on the back porch is amazing. I had the pleasure too tour Laurel Lakes with Janna who was awesome. She was very pleasant and sweet and did a fantastic job showing me around the townhome, which by the way I fell in love with. She was also very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Thanks for the amazing job you've done Janna."

"It's very rare of me to leave a review, but I feel so compelled to do so. The customer care is flawless. I believe the person that I talked to was Janna. Her energy was so vibrant, caring and sincere. I did not get the feeling that she was just trying to "sell" me a place to move into; not once. Her enthusiasm topped with her effective communication almost made me want to move in today. I would have loved to move here; however, I was looking for a gym and a pool within the property. Still, this property deserves a 5 in my opinion. Especially when they have people like Janna working there. Thank you again :)"
