"Elba Alicea the property manager is a woman of her word! She gets things done in a timely manner and entire staff is very helpful. She's super sweet and has an amazing personality. Community well maintenance and I'm so excited as a new resident for my new home."

"Not the worst place to live, but if you have other options, I'd encourage you to explore them. The best thing about this community is that it's fairly quiet and diverse. Other than that, the units are dinosaur old and are not maintained. Nothing is fully repaired or replaced- only patched. And emails regarding follow-ups of said work get royally ignored. I've gone months without a response to my requests/emails. Doesn't appear that any of the funds are put back into the community/units even though there are many rent increases. Could actually be an awesome place to live with the right management and care."

"I lived here from 2013 to 2018. I really have nothing to complain about. While not 100% perfect due to age, it was a great place to live especially with kids. The neighborhood always had kids playing outside, which I love to see. My first day moving in we had a few neighborhood kids come knocking on the door to see if we had kids and if they could come outside to play. I have very fond memories as well as my children of living here. The size of the townhome, the location of the neighborhood, and the neighbors really made this place feel like home."

"They are very unprofessional. We went to apply and paid $300 down to apply. They took our money and refuse to tell us why we were denied. Told us to call credit report and they are not allowed to tell us why, only tell us about our credit report (obviously) but they wouldn’t let down that they are supposed to tell us. Refuse to call and let us know the reason or suspicion... so they pretty much took our money and refuse to tell us why we weren’t approved. Literally no reason why we wouldn’t get approved. I wish I could give negative stars. After reading reviews I should’ve stayed away. They steal your money and don’t care to call you and let you know. They’re always too busy."

"This is one the most unprofessional places I have ever encountered. My family was under the impression that whether you did not meet the credit score requirement we could put more money down as a security deposit. This place is smaller and cheaper than where we were before. We have great rental history and we have sufficient income 3x the monthly rent , so we were willing to pay whatever up front if needed but yet still denied. There is no way why the criteria for this place is so high with little to offer. Never ever has this ever happened to us before so to all please be aware before applying"
